First Horizon Bank Asheville Hwy, Greeneville

The most unprofessional bank I've ever had. We will be closing our accounts. We walk in to a 3 way teller open discussion about one of the bank associates messing up someone's account and how they are going to fix it. We were the only ones in the lobby and was completely ignored for a long time while they argued back and forth together. They are not capable of handling my money so we will be closing. Unbelievable. It's bad enough that I'm taking time out of my day to write this.

I hate that people that work regular 8-4 jobs and may need assistance at bank can't even get any help at a location because by time we get there around 4:30 they are already closing out end of the day. And locations that close at 4 most people don't have a chance to make it there or can't go on their lunch breaks. First Tennessee customer service has slowly been declining. I feel once it's taken over by this new bank all bets will be off. If it wasn't for the friendly staff and me banking with them for years, I would definitely be banking elsewhere.

The staff is always friendly and helpful. I never had a problem there.

This specific bank branch is one of the rudest in all of Greeneville, and of one reason only; the employ nothing but snooty, lazy Southern belle idiots. There are always lines, they refuse to help you if it inconveniences them, and a few of them always seem spiteful. This is management and the "old guard" running the place, which is a holdover from when this place used to be called Greene County Bank. Until that's changed and they stop hiring entitled airheads, the Asheville Hwy branch will always be a dumpster fire.

This is the second time that I've had trouble with this branch. It's the WORSE branch in TN. It had been a long time from the last time that I used the drive thru teller. I usually just use the ATM. From now on that's all that I will use there, is the ATM. This branch is luck to get one star from me. I'd give 1/2 star to you.
