Laura Reese is pretty awesome. She takes the time to consider the client's needs and gives them a pre-approval which will help them buy the house they want. She is also a master of first time buyer programs, getting the maximum help for them. She is one of our few preferred lenders.

Laura was absolutely incredible, she answered all of our questions, was thorough, organized, broke everything down by the cent, easy to communicate with, friendly, and always available for us to speak with whether it was by email, phone, or texting. Would not recommend!! Me and my GF are in the process of trying to buy a home and have been waiting for them to get us approval. We went with another company and they got it done within the same day!!

Horrible customer service. Have not heard from the loan officer after submitting all required documents, still waiting on details on my pre approval letter. Very unprofessional.
