When everyone else said I couldn’t and I’d have to wait 4 more months , John Crivea and his team got it done ! I’m in my home before that 4 months was even up. First home equity did an incredible job of getting an approval of a mortgage for us. I have multiple corporate entries and a previous mortgage broker did not have the ability to understand the interactions of the different entities!!! John took the time to understand and know how to present it to the mortgage company. He was able to get a timely approval and closing for us.
