First Hawaiian Bank Moanalua Branch Mapunapuna St, Honolulu

Always a line across the building and out the door due to never having more than two tellers at a time. They have these signs everywhere to tell us to use the atm or go online but 90% of the people here need to be in person to conduct their business. Stop trying to excuse why it takes so long and hire more people. They say it’s voted Hawaiian best place to work? Probably because nobody works here

This is the worst FHB branch on Oahu. There has been 4 instances where I went to make deposits and had to wait 10 minutes with 2 people at the counter and 4 tellers open. Poor customer service. Go to a different branch where they will not waste your time.

I requested a personal loan. I received a phone message to return the call to finalize everything.. the phone rings, and rings, and rings, and rings and rings and rings and rings and rings . UNBELIEVABLE. I called the main number and is living hell to NOT to talk someone.. all recording and then they want an account. Ridiculous.

Employees are very good service attitude Everything smooth. Even though I came 5 minutes before the store closed, he responded with a smile

I can't believe all the branches close at 4, this has put me out so many times, I am going to have to go through the hassle of switching banks to one that's open later.

Wow! Just wow! And that is NOT a compliment. All branches have unrealistic hours. Their banking system is old AF! Their customer service is sub-par at best. They are not very helpful at all. Going to do our very best to try and switch our auto loan over to a different lender/bank after I just got the "Well, you're just going to have to do whatever you can to get to the branch within those hours to make your payment," after I tried to see if I can make a payment over the phone. That's just horrible CS skills and bad business. No thank you. Bye.

I spent 10 min in line to get change then 20 while all cashiers doing nothing a bank member looks at sign in sheet says nothing but snickers like WOW you're going to wait then goes to his desk in front of hiding his head behind the monitor then I ask one of the tellers their are multiple people waiting is she the only help. She asks her how much longer she's going to be and gets a reply 10 or more mins. Only now does she say ill see if someone else (no one with a customer) can help you. I was thinking about opening an account and getting deposit box and other things but now . WOW LIKE the one person at the top said. You be the judge from my story of what just transpired.

Very poor customer service. They don't answer their phones and when you go into the branch they treat you like you're a pain in the neck who is wasting their time. They seem to have contempt for their customers.

Outdated policies. Very slow and unhelpful customer service...bad hours...would not reccomend. Not this branch in particular just First Hawaiian in general.

Helped me with a car loan. Not this branch but the company.
