This branch provided terrible services every time I went there. People who are working there are not friendly at all. I will never go back to see their unfriendly faces.

I love this bank! Very friendly staff! Very knowledgeable to advice what kind of account if you want to open! Also I love the whole environment- very good location and the building is very big inside :)! Keep up good job Kapolei branch :):):)!!!

Very terrible branch! Closed the door right in front of Me and it was 3:58! Super lazy local people work here. If it wasn't for Jenn the manager, I would never go back. Terrible hours. Choose any other bank and you will get better service!

They provide great customer service. Depending on the day of the week sometimes the line can be long, however, they work quickly and efficiently to get through it.

It was ok for me cause I was just getting quarters only though! If you having problems with this bank, you should go to a any Federal Credit Union branch. I been with my for 18 yrs. now, and they are better than banks.

Worst f@#$ing bank I've ever banked with. Had an auto loan through them. Went into the branch to set up automatic payments. 2 months later I get a call saying that my car payment was 2 months late. Go figure they cant even figure out how to pay themselves. After I explain to them that I had set up automatic payments at the kapolei branch they still try to stick me with a late fee. Even though it was they're fault they f@#$ed up the paperwork. Dont you just hate paying for other peoples mistakes. As if that wasnt bad enough. I pay the dang car off, and these guys never send me my title. I received the credit sale contract in the mail, but no title. I give it a few months thinking maybe it comes separate. Finally 4 months later I decide I want t ok sell the car, but how I have no title. So I think well maybe I have to go to the city hall and get one. Nope bank should have sent it. So I march my happy a$$ to the bank. The swear up and down that the title comes with the contract, and that it must have been a mistake on my end. They even have the balls to charge me a 35 dollar fee for a duplicate title, when the f@#$ing lost the first one. This bank is complete f@$%ing garbage. Take your business literally anywhere else.

Bank closes too early terrible customer support I had to raise my voice to get them to acknowledge my issue and look in to it. Turns out it was their mess up . finally they fixed their mistake and I could leave.

Tellers slow af and not enough out there helping customers

I went to deposit my account It was a polite response. The maximum withdrawal of ATMs is $ 500, so you can use a foreign currency cash card from a Japanese bank. Drawers use other banks, but internet banking is also good. If there is no movement for one year, a monthly fee will be charged, so attention is perfect.
