Very unhappy with slow service as counter had only two clerks & a dozen people waiting.

I went to the kailua oahu branch this morning. The supply drawer at the depository was empty. Also, after my withdrawal at the atm, i didnt get a receipt. Apparently it was out of paper. Inconvenience.

Went to the personal banker and was spoken to with such disrespect. Anna was completely rude and sarcastic.

Clowns. Why in the world would you not put your correct hours in this location. Yes- that's the atm hours. Of course ATMs are 24hr, but there's also a bank attached to this location that closes at 4pm M-Th.

Went to make a cash deposit and the bank teller was incredibly rude and impolite. Asking me where I got my money from and wanted my employment info. I use American savings bank and they are much better.

We have accounts at both FHB and BOH. The drive thru people at FHB are SOOO rude and not helpful. If I forget to complete the date or forget a pen or a deposit slip, they either want you to come in, or you get a lecture about how you have to be ready. Even if there is no one behind you. Oh and they wont give you a pen, its against their rules which is so weird. At BOH, if I don' have a deposit slip, they will actually fill it out for me. They are nice, and helpful. BOH realizes that customer service is more important and that people don't mind the extra wait because they know that if they ever need a pen or a deposit slip or something, they can expect to be welcomed and helped.
