Angie in the call center was awesome today! I was having problems setting up an auto bill payment, which turned out to be user error. She was so patient with me...and didn't even make fun of me when we realized it was my fault! LOL! Thanks for your professionalism, Angie.

I have been here multiple times because the company I work for uses this bank. Lets just say if I had a choice I would never use this bank. Not only are their procesess very outdated ( most things other banks do online you have to go into the branch to do) but other then one gentleman, all of the other employees have no customer service at all. They dont welcome you when you come in. If they are busy they do not acknowledge you and say they will be right with you. When it is your turn they grumpily say step up. No hi, how can I help you, nothing. Afterwards they give your receipt and thats it, no thank you or have a nice day. The employees are completely jaded. I will not recommend this bank to anyone or ever use them for my personal finances.

The managers and tellers are professional and friendly . If you have any problems they are quick and thorough in resolving them. Thank you First Financial Bank

I'm leaving two stars instead of one because they probably could have completed my request under ideal circumstances, even though they couldn't for me. I attempted to get a home equity line of credit through this bank and they were completely unprofessional throughout the whole process. Specifically, I did not receive nearly any communication. I was unable to reach my loan officer Marybeth on her phone despite multiple calls. As an example, my mortgage broker provided them with a recent appraisal to use to determine home value. I received a call from a third party asking to set up an appraisal out of the blue and I was not contacted by the bank. I had to do the work to figure out what was going on. Save yourself the time, effort, and headache, and just call someone else.

It's an amazing bank... They do a great job working with their clients to develop long-lasting relationships and help clients reach their financial goals.
