First Financial Bank E Interstate 20 Service Rd, Willow Park

I needed to get an account set up for medicaid for my mother. After banking for over 15 years with them, they wouldn't do it nor work with me to come up with a solution. The account person who talked to my husband was rude to me when I called to get more information. I went to another bank and it was setup within 24 hours. I used to like my bank. If it wasn't the closest bank to me I would switch.

This bank tried to charge me $5.00 to cash a four hundred dollar check FROM THEIR BANK!!! That’s more than the avg 1% fee at a convenience store.

Amazing customer service no matter how busy or how slow they are! They have been especially helpful and understanding since COVID-19. I about had a full mental break down in the drive-through because all of my account information was stolen and we had to shut off all of my cards. They assured me everything would be OK as I was tearing up with my son in the backseat and they went above and beyond that day, I will never forget that. Thank you all so very much. B.Andress

I would give 0 stars if I could. I dont bank at this bank, but it's on the corner close to my house and I thought many times of changing from my large bank to a small Hometown bank. So today since no branches of my large bank are close to me and I'm having a garage sale tomorrow I went by this small bank next to my house and I took a $100 out of their ATM paying the hefty 3.95 charge. I went inside to the bank and ask them politely would they give me some change for this $100 for my garage sale I'm having tomorrow. Well he said I'm sorry if you don't have an account with us we can't give you any change. Well you know I don't think I'll be changing from my big bank to a small Hometown bank, because that's not a very small town friendly attitude. I don't know what it would have hurt them to just give me some ones and fives for my twentys. After all I did pay the 3.95 fee that they charge to use their ATM.

“personal banker” not so personal. not friendly-no hello or introduction. trying to talk me out of doing what i wanna do w my money. tho she did take time to explain the process-pros & cons.

Every time I come to this location, I’m unhappy. Everyone is just “too busy” to help you, or they cannot help you but they’ll get back to you later, etc. I can see why customers are switching to online banks- you sure do not get customer service here!! I will definitely be moving my accounts elsewhere, and I do not recommend this bank to anyone!

Tellers are nice but other staff is very unfriendly.

This place is a joke. Don't call them good luck they won't answer ever their phone numbers aren't true and their customer service is terrible
