    WARNING DO NOT BANK HERE!!!! I have banked with First Financial for almost 6 years. It has been one of the biggest headaches in my life. This is the worst not only bank but the worst business I have ever dealt with. Will be closing account and adamantly persuading people to look for different options. If you would like to know more read the other bad reviews. Very similar problems.

    My experience in the last 2 weeks with this bank has been terrible. My debit card was deactivated without notice. I called and they tell me that my card was expired which it wasnt, so then she tells me that my card was compromised so I take off early from work go to the branch so she can show me where my card had been compromised. She tells me at this point well noboby used card or tried to that they had a group of card numbers that they pulled. So I guess my name or number was just picked out of a hat randomly. I wait the 7 days to get my new card. It tells me to use it at an atm or to call this 800 number to activate the card. Well Ive tried both today with no luck so I call the bank back and thats when they tell me I have to wait 2-3 more days for a pin # that I guess they get to pick. I have been with this bank for over ten years and this will probably be the last. THANKS FIRST FINANCIAL FOR THE AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE
