It’s a beautiful thing to have a bank to go into, drive thru, and speak to representatives all in person. What a novel idea. This bank has been there when we needed assistance or just general banking every time.

I never fully appreciated how nice the staff at the Huntsville location was until moving to Willis and experienced their lack of warmth at this branch. No one is outright rude, but I always feel like I am greatly inconveniencing them when I come in. I used to work at a restaurant...If you hate your job, you still put a smile on and treat the customer like they're the most important person in the room.
