We had such an amazing experience using First Federal and working with Angie Ball! This is our second time using First Federal all the way from Nashville, TN. Angie and the entire team demonstrated flexibility and availability. They always were helpful when I had questions about my loan and made everything very clear to us. I recommend them to everyone here in Nashville and in the Shoals.

We loved working with Cyndee Oliver! We had a few setbacks but she definitely helped us through it all!! We always hated having to come in to the office for anything because the lady at the front desk is super super rude.
