First Federal Bank TN, Dickson

DO NOT USE THIS BANK! Mom sent 2 checks 1 for the electric bill the other for the trash tax, from her online banking. The bank sent the checks from an invalid account. And then bounced the checks when the electric company tried to cash them. Despite admitting that this was their fault, they hung up when asked why the checks were mailed in the first place, and basically said they would not help with fees from the electric company. So, if they mess you over, it's your fault, and unless the electric company helps we're just out two bounced check fees. This was either intentional or complete ineptitude.

THE WORST 12 +months of banking experience ever! Unprofessional employees from the drive thru tellers to the so called "branch managers". Unorganized and absolutely NO common rules across the branches. What a living nightmare!

This place has been nothing but trouble. I have only had the account 2 months and debit cards randomly wont work.... There system has been down twice in the last month and is currently down right now, has been for the last 2 days when they also said it would be fixed yesterday by midnight. I wake up and go to the store and my card bounces again with plenty of money in it!!!!!!! Im so sick of working on the banks time for my money!!!! Everytime i call too ask about it they just act like its normal for that to happen. Ill be going there first thing monday morning to close my account!!!

I have a business account with them. I tried to direct deposit Monday for a employee. All my direct deposit accounts were missing. I called and had to be switched around on the phone. They finally told me they can no longer do ach deposits and someone should have called me and explained all this to me last week. Nope. So then I'm told a woman who was not working Monday would call me back on Tuesday. Nope. Today is Thursday and I have called in 3 times and left 2 messages for Mark to call me back. Nope. I have no way to pay any of my drivers. Currently looking for a new bank.

I’ve never had a trouble-free transaction with this bank; always poor customer service at every visit, to the point that I dread visiting any of the branches for any reason. The company culture seems very un-customer oriented—at least for regular account holders.

The women that work here are so extremely rude. I went through the drive-through today and nobody said a word to me. I put my money in the slot while they were working with another customer and they sent me my deposit slip, but not a word was spoken to me
