I have had nothing but 1000% positive experiences with this branch and all staff in it. The personal bankers are friendly, knowledgeable, and remember me and enough details to be friendly and conversational about my life and family. Rico, in particular, has become a friend as well as a professional contact. Having banked all over the world, with major and minor banks before, I can and will continue to confidently recommend First Federal as premier among and compared to all of them.

We just switched multiple non-profit accounts to First Federal because of the customer service, better interest rates, their investment in our community organization(s), and overall ease of banking experience. Cant pay loans online. Bad service.

I’ve tried to speak to bank representatives over the phone and in person about my loan and they say they’ll get back to me but never do! I went in person to submit an automatic payment form and the guy said he’d take care of that for me. Time comes around for the payment to be made and it’s LATE. Never had the automatic payments set up. I also signed up for online banking, but all it does is show me my account details and remainder of the loan; can’t even make online payments. Any future loan or banking, I would NOT consider first federal.

This is the most helpful, friendly bank ever! I've enjoyed banking with First Federal and have always had good experiences at any branch I have gone to but this one is particularly great!
