First Convenience Bank N Main St, Euless

I had a horrible experience at BOA. These people came and found me in the aisles. So far ive had a great experience. The staff is so involved. I wish they had independent locations like a drive thru. Overall they treat you like family. I enjoy their environment always up beat.

The branch manager Isabel is huge on how her customers are treated. She’s always on the move. I love how on top of it she is. I love banking with her. And her staff is A1. Love love love FCB @euless.

I've never loved a bank so much! They're always friendly there is a lady name Zeniah( probably spelling it wrong,sorry) at this location who I'd like to mention because she was particularly helpful during my recent visit. She used all her resources available to help me keep my account open and in the black while I'm in between jobs. None of the bankers ever act like I am a burden (I ask alot of questions) and I just really appreciate good customer service and quality banking. When I get my own business up and running I wouldn't want to get anywhere else to start a business account.

I've been to a few locations for this bank and this one blew me out the water. I needed a personal loan and they helped me unlike chase who doesn't offer personal loans I'm glad fcb is my secondary. Definitely recommend. And they pay early huge plus.

Ms. Christina was very genuine, compassionate & considerate. I presented a check which had to be verified. She explained the holding process and patiently answered all of my questions. She even gave me her card to follow up. I called and she answered my additional questions. I can tell she enjoys her job and helping people.

Don’t bank with them. Look at their BBB ratings.😂 Christina was not professional and lacked a lot of knowledge. Definitely spoke to corporate about that and cleared up. Bank at navy federal instead 👍

Love this branch, although due to COVID 19, they open later, this branch always goes the extra mile. They are always smiling and always lend a hand when needed. I needed help with online banking and they took care of me. Would recommend to friends and family.

They are very nice here. And the person that wrote the review about the manager I thought was very rude. Saying” I’m assuming the loudmouth with the keys is the manager “ End of quote. If you don’t have anything nice to say maybe you shouldn’t say anything at all. I think they are very sweet there I’ve never had a problem.
