One star because I can't give zero! I have banked with this bank for over 10 years. If this was the branch I had to deal with all the time I would close my account immediately. HORRIBLE customer service. I've called and complained but no improvement. I will drive to Lubbock but will not deal with this branch again. The branch is the slowest I've ever been to. The tellers NEVER smile. Come on first convenience bank if you can't improve this branch you might as well close it. They give you a horrible image!!!!!!!!

I set my accout up and they gave me a temporary card and said they would send my real card to me. That was over a month and a half ago and I never received it so I had them send me another one (which they charged for) and 3 weeks later I still haven't received it. Tried to use the temporary one yesterday and it has been shut off because its a temporary and I should have got the other cards and they can't turn it back on so I can use it. Shutting down my account today.

Tried to get 2 rolls of quarters. Was told they couldn't help me if I didn't have am account. I said "well I guess, thanks for nothing". They replied "you're welcome".

They are so slow due to not having enough people. Sometimes the line goes out the door at Walmart. Perhaps if they put in an ATM that accepted deposits it would save tons of time. They could also save time by not catching up on gossip with customers they know. Do your business and move on. Converse on your own time.
