First Convenience Bank S Ryan Dr, Red Oak

I've been banking with First Convenience Bank for years now and not only have they provided excellent customer service in the local branches but, as a Practice Representative for Comfort Rehab Chiropractic Cedar Hill TX, they are very proactive with showing support towards other local businesses. Thank you Branch Manager Valeria Batres!

Don’t recommend this bank. My mom was treated horribly by “Irene” whom I’m pretty sure is the same Irene who left a 5-star review bellow to make their ratings higher. They ignore customers who are waiting in line to stand around and talk and make rude faces at customers simply for needing to be attended. Now I understand why they have to stand around and beg people to open an account. Save your time and dignity and go elsewhere.

Bank is not up to date with how the world works apparently they like to charge $34 for every time PayPal wants to move money around. Screw the lies here and take your business elsewhere. EDIT: I made a claim at the branch and got my money within a week. People here are great and help you resolve anything as quick as possible.

I love the people at this bank! Always friendly and helpful. My husband and I have been banking with them for many years and I wouldn't think of going elsewhere. Good job!

They cancelled my debit card saying my card number was compromised, which they did good with that however when my new card came they somehow turned off my new card and wouldn't send me another one unless I knew my online information and I didnt so I couldnt get a new card. So i closed my account.

This is a second chance bank so don't expect it to be like other banks however, I've been banking here almost since this branch opened and have had zero issues. I'm always helped quickly, the staff has always been courteous, and what I need done is done quick. Honestly I think some of these one star reviews are from rude people who treat the staff poorly or others that don't understand that this bank has differing policies due to being a second chance bank.

Worst bank in red oak. They always have an excuse why you cant take off a large amount of money. But they have no problem when you put a large amount in. I DO NOT recommend this bank.

Opened a new account, very friendly, and helpful. They have options I haven't heard of. Car loans, and other stuff, it's all free to see if you qualify.

Worst experience ever!!! NOT ONLY are the employees unprofessional, the policy is very trashy!!! I would truly not recommend anyone to this banking company!!!
