Jessica S. was amazing! She set up our account and set up my debit card due to me me being unable to hear the prompts on the phone. She gave us all the info we needed to make an informed decision on getting an account with them. I really enjoyed working with her.

ATTENTION: THE CSR's AT THIS BRANCH ARE VERY FRIENDLY. MOST PEOPLE DON'T REALIZE, THAT IF YOU WERE IN THE MILITARY OR ARE ON ACTIVE DUTY, YOUR ACCOUNT CAN BE CHANGED TO MILITARY ACCOUNT WHICH REMOVES A LOT OF THOSE FEES THAT YOU GET.NEXT TIME YOU GO INTO THAT BRANCH, CHECK WITH THEM FOR MILITARY ACTIVE OR VETERAN ACCOUNT, YOU MAY BE SURPRISED!

I went in yesterday, not feeling well. The wonderful people in the bank took really good care of us and got us in and out quickly. And that was opening up a savings account. I felt so comfortable and taken care of. It's the best experience I've ever had in a bank. 😍

Opened a joint account with my husband here. Lady was very friendly. I came here because a bigger bank in town told me it would be at least two days before someone at the bank would contact me to set up an appointment to come in and open an account. First convenience took us right in and set up an account for us in the same day. The only thing that went wrong was the app they use at the bank wasn't working when they went to set it up for us.

Worse bank ever. I'm sorry I ever opened an account with them. It takes forever to talk to someone. They don't really cover overdrafts as promised. They just don't pay the payment. The bank is so eager for you to open an account they rush thru the process. They don't charge a monthly fee which is as it should be given the horrible bank they are. You can't get ahold of them via chat either. They don't automatically pay for overdrafts from your savings account unless you physically change it yourself. I hate this bank. I'm going back to Wells Fargo!!!

This is the worst bank I have ever used! I said no over draft. They over drafted me anyway. Then they charge me 67$ for not using my card often enough. The teller was extremely rude. I have nothing positive to say about this company. Horrible in every aspect of banking. Better off keeping my money in a shoe box.

My girlfriend had 67 dollars and a 65 dollar charge went through for a subscription so we should have had 2 dollars left but they did a non sufficient funds for 34 dollars and we have have 33 left and the 65 dollar subscription cant be paid even tho there was already enough.. and we have had a similar issue in the past we are going to cancel her account here. The tellers are nice tho

Aimee was awesome helped me set up my account. The people that work there are all awesome. Every time I go in I'm greeted by name and always feel welcome. Highly recommend this bank. Opened on weekends and when you deposit any money it available by the time you leave. Great people and great bank.

Came in today to get a new account because my old one was getting charged by multiple different things, I came in Denise was super rude , rolled her eyes at me , acted like she didn’t wanna do it at all. There was no line at all I said I could come back later she rudely replied yes can’t you see my line being sarcastic. THANKFULLY Jennifer took me over and was very nice and well respectful. I won’t use my real name because I don’t want her to mess with my information or anything. Terrible service

Wonderful bank, very thoughtful and take care of any issues promptly and thoroughly with out question the best banking experience I've ever had!!!! Thank you guys!!!
