First Convenience Bank TX, Grapevine

Great location! Better than others I've been too when I am not close by. Never had an issue, workers are friendly and always willing to help. I've been hit with the monthly fees occasionally but that's on me, just like any other bank, have the minimum required or use your card at least 5-8 times a month I believe and its waived. Only thing I really wish they would upgrade is their ATMS for depositing, make it to where its available right away not until they open and they check the deposit box and enter it in manually, kind of out dated don't you think?? And another thing, allow people to deposit for you, not withdraw but just deposit. Chase, bank of America, Compass, they all allow that.

My experience with the bank has been nothing but positive the kind hearted people there are alway ready to help me with anything I need. I almost feel like they are personal friends, though I have never seen them outside of the bank. So a huge thank you to the best banking crew I've ever experienced! @Sarah Phillips You're ignorance to great service in astounding. To believe you have the audacity to accuse these kind hearted people of trying to steal your money and "rob you cold" or even having "no brain function". That's extremely rude to the bankers who are simply trying to help and sort what was most likely your mistake in the first place. I only pray that the good Lord forgives you for thinking so little of another human being.

Do not use this bank! They are out to rob you cold! Then when you call to correct them on mistakes they clearly made, all they know how to do is read lines off of a computer screen. No brain function at all. They clearly can't do basic math which is extremely ironic for a bank. I'd use Southwest Financial Credit Union. They are always helpful and friendly and use the giant organ located in the top of their heads.

I have no idea how to check my account you sent an email yall were gunna launch a new app and website but provided no links or names of anything

If you have an account with First Convenience Bank like at Walmart in Grapevine, if you have common sense you will close your account with them. You have to stay on the phone for an hour to get it someone. They closed my account without my permission or letting me know when I have never overdrafted or cause myself any fees. So when I was ready to close my other account they charged me a crapload of money. They never gave me the courtesy to say my free account was going to be closed unless I kept a certain balance, like at least $5 in there. They cash my checks all the time with no problem. So if you expect good service go to a credit union usually they are free and they have better incentives, and they have a brain, common sense and good customer service!

I have opened up accounts with more than 10 different banks in the past 25yrs. Kayla is hands down the best I've ever dealt with! She was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, funny, and made opening up an acct fun!

I live in Arlington and I will drive to Grapevine to do my business because the staff and the Grapevine location is very friendly and detail-oriented I never have had an issue and I will always Bank there.

all you people talking about extra fees and stuff like that if you keep better track of your account you won't have any problems

I love this bank only issue is I wish they and ATMs in more places!!
