First Convenience Bank Midland Dr, Midland

So I have to give a shout out to Mr. Eljiah, he was professional prompt and handled my inquiry like a pro. His counter part Mr. Reyes however could use a lesson in customer service. Will definitely keep banking with them. However I may wait for Elijah to be free when I do.

I have never had a problem with this branch. I drive from Stanton to this bank before ever using the other bank that is closer to home

Stay away from this place. If you overdraft one time and dont pay it they will keep charging you every day till it is paid. They do this so they can offer you a loan to pay off the balance you owe them. Stay away the long lines are enough to stay away this just makes it worse. I stopped using this back when the original review was written. I left account open as back up with a small amount of cash in it. They closed the account because I didn't use it and charged me a fee so they could take my money that I left in account. Stay far away.

Went to the bank today because my husband put a stop payment on his account on Saturday. They put a stop payment on our joint account that the check wasn't issued on but charged the fee to our joint account. We both paid the same bill out of separate accounts. So anyways...I was trying to speak to the manager on duty and he or she couldn't come and speak to me because they were having lunch. It was the worst experience ever.

Si far this bank has treated me really good. Great customer service and when I've been there is hardly have to wait because they are actually someone else to help. I think I take longer at wellsfargo bank to actually get helped.

I started an account here a few days ago. I deposited a check that I was depending on to pay rent. These people placed a 7 day hold on a legitimate check and ultimately got me evicted from my apartment. Do yourself a favor and stay away from these people. They will screw you over and tell you that it's company policy.

If I could give no stars I certainly would, this bank is the absolute worst bank you could ever bank with I've lived in over five different states, and have had many banks. This bank has been my bank for two years, and as soon as this mysterious 7 day hold they have on my check is over and done with, my funds will be pulled and my account will be closed. I had a check deposited and it just disappeared. POOF! No one can tell me who has put the hold or why? .... Your warned

Worst bank I have ever used. Tellers are incompetent, and unprofessional. Management is careless, and blase. I had just moved to Midland and was shopping in the Walmart where this bank is located and was offered a job with no experience, well it all makes sense now. I will never open a bank account with another bank located inside of a walmart again.

I've always had decent service with this bank. The only downfall is I've had my acct hacked several times.
