As a first-time home buyer, Chris did an exceptional job of educating me along the way while also setting realistic expectations. I never felt out of the loop, as Chris was always one step ahead of the paper trail in his communication. Chris paired extremely well with my realtor, and even she was blown away by his knowledge of the mortgage world. I know I will use Chris in any real estate transactions I have moving forward, and I cannot recommend him enough to any prospective real estate buyers out there!

Austin will erase any unfounded fear you have in the process of buying a home. From shopping for the best loan product for your circumstances to explaining the way through the mound of paperwork that will need to be turned in and signed, Austin does it all with a cool and calm demeanor. He's one of the first phone calls I will be making the next time I'm ready to buy!

Got told I have a $15 fee from two years ago but just now seen it when first community mortgage did a 3rd party tranfer so I call them and ask, the woman on the phone pretty much calling me I was lying and try to make me feel stupid. But if I was paying on the website for over five years wouldn't you think I would have seen it. Seem to me I have to watch this place for hiding fees and and don't tell you about until 2year later after they do a tranfer to a 3rd party.And that woman on the phone should care about her customer and not talk down to the customer.

They do not know how to communicate! They are unorganized and rude. Nobody knows what's going on so they pass you around making excuses and speaking in a condensing manner to you whenever you make a point. The website is an absolute joke. Your payment might come out, you might have to call, you might have to make two payments. Beware of this bank!

Working with Marsha Saalfeld was fantastic. She's proactive and very responsive. This was my first time buying a home and I never felt confused about the mortgage process. The mortgage process was actually the easiest part of the whole home buying process and that was definitely due to Marsha and her team. We were comparing 2 different mortgage brokers and we chose Marsha not only because the costs were lower but also because she was so accessible and responsive. It was impossible to get a hold of the other person we were working with so it was an obvious no brainer. Also, during the closing process the title company was not upfront about what it needed us to do and it was Marsha that gently poked the title company to give us the information that we needed to complete the process. She made sure that the process was without issue at the end. Highly recommend. Marsha is amazing to work with.
