    Bad customer service. I could never reach Shelly P. She was always "busy" with another customer. My calls would always get sent to voice-mail. Took a longer than expected to get a card. At this point I've scheduled to open an account with a different bank service. I had issues with first community before and all I get is an apology and not actual results . I'll get "sorry for the inconvenience "but no actual work processed. Follow up : no a call won't be necessary. I've been a member since 2017 and I've been through this back and forth before. Not much has changed in regards to your customer service.

    Been with FCFCU since way before it changed from SOFCU and they insist on holding funds on an insurance settlement check for up to 30 days. Poor attitude and customer service to boot. Steer clear of this place. Was told yesterday by Rhonda, S. Grants Pass Branch Manager, that they are unable to verify funds available from the bank this check was drawn on over the phone or from any bank for that matter. This morning a customer serviced rep offered to do just that as if it was a common practice. She sent an email to that branch requesting specifics on the check which has gone unanswered. They lie to their members! Do not do business with this disreputable institution.

    EVERYONE is always professional, helpful, and pleasant when I visit any branch! I'm glad I joined this credit union when I moved to Grants Pass ten years ago.

    "I find the whole banking world to be fascinating, much in the same way that I find the topic of cancer to be fascinating. Both are extremely complex and yet fundamentally simple." Closed my account without notification and stolen money. At least cancer eventually dies off...but these scum keep on going. I was a member here since the 90s and this is how they treat their customers.

    Management is so rude to members. If I use my card anywhere besides walmart and shell they lock my debit card for "suspicious activity" and then I have to call 3 different numbers to get it unlocked. They set a limit on how much money I can spend per day on my debit card and pull out of the atm, change the limit randomly without my consent and when I call to figure out what is going on the manager is super rude the whole time and will cut me off mid sentence and hang up on me in the middle of my sentence when I'm explaining why I spent MY money at am pm. I frequently get locked out of the mobile app and when I call to fix it, the manager tells me I'm irresponsible and it's my fault and will literally make fun of me over the phone. And when I report to corporate, they say that my account says I'm a "problem member" NEVER get an account with them, worst bank.
