Went to payoff a 60k plus mortgage and lady on the phone gave me the wrong payoff, so it cost me $111. More than told on phone. Not a happy customer, as I feel like they could have done something in my favor. I'll never use them sgain.

I've been with this bank over 20 years and I have had nothing but great results. All questions can be answered on their website or by their helpful staff members.

This used to be the Bank of America, the take over was a mess with First Community coming in. Things still haven't improved. I have found a new bank since then.

A bank can not be in business for the consumer if they will not answer their phone. I went in the branch to see why they do not answer their phone. The employees said they were aware of the problem but the management does not think it's important to have enough employees to answer the phone. I asked to speak to the branch manager but they said it wouldn't make a difference. It's just a sorry business.
