Do yourself a favor and go with another bank. This bank merged with the bank we had our origination loan (mortgage), then later this bank foreclosed on our home, then after taking title and possession they sold the house for a greatly reduced market value cost and then sued us for an amount greater than what was left on the balance of the loan. Within one month of getting a judgement, this bank filed a garnishment proceeding for almost $100,000 on our personal checking account which caused the other bank bank with our checking account to freeze all of our assets in that account. leaving us without any funds to live! This uncaring, money hungry bank with questionable business practices should be closed. If I could give zero stars, I would. This review is written as a warning to all.

I've had several encounters with this particular bank in Bluefield, WV. They are racist and rude not so much as the customer service reps but the community banking manager Pamela Asbury character is racist and rude so when SOME of the customer service reps exhibit the same behavior, it comes from the head. How can I file a complaint?
