If you are looking for someone to help you with your mortgage loan needs, I highly recommend you call Jeffrey Woodward. Mortgages can be difficult to understand, but Jeff was very knowledgeable, kind, and answered any questions I had. He was willing to take the time to explain what all goes into getting a mortgage loan in simple steps. I had such a wonderful experience with him, so much so, I recommended him to my sister, and she is now working with him on getting a loan for her new house. He is willing to take the time and do everything he can, to make your journey in getting a loan a little bit smoother! I just closed on a house May 26th, 2022, and I would not have been able to do so without Jeff's help! I would highly recommend Jeff Woodward for all your Mortgage Loan needs!

Kaitlyn Tomlinson at the Altoona FCB location got my husband and I a GREAT rate on a mortgage refinance, but best of all, she made the process SIMPLE and QUICK! She was great in terms of answering questions efficiently and making the whole process easy. We never even had to visit a bank (or closing company office) in-person! If you are looking for an MLO to guide you through any mortgage/lending process, there's no need to think twice--FCB is your bank and Kaitlyn is your girl!

I was dealing with mostly Zane but they need better communication, I was given at least 5 closing dates and last minuet was told they need more papers signed, they even had me back date a paper over a month. I didn't feel like I was dealing with professionals. They even called me buy the wrong name once. Then as a cherry on top they transfered my mortgage to some bank in south Carolina I have never heard of. Very bad experience for a first time home buyer.

First Commonwealth had a great team handling our mortgage. Stan Neiderhiser is an outstanding mortgage loan officer that handled our mortgage flawlessly. Lori Jockel is also a part of the Commonwealth team and is an absolute pit bull. She pushed things through right up to the last minute and got it done! Kudos to these two and everyone else from Commonwealth that worked hard on our behalf.
