    I just moved to the area and will no longer be using Santander!! We were visiting downtown shops after our 40 week OB appointment and my daughter needed to use restroom. Only place we saw available. Blonde teller would not allow my daughter to use restroom! Where is the compassion and kindness for a woman visibly in distress??

    If you do not pick up the calls from your customer, you may want to not share your number and encourage others to contact from the beginning. I feel like being fooled. This kind of way of treating your customers surely gets your business no future.

    Bank is much improved from santander. Friendly tellers. Super fast if not immediate check cashing. Over all a very good bank. (little slow but covid related only 2 tellers only two lines)

    Doing business with this bank was a head-ache, took 4 months and several calls to close my account after receiving a $35 over draft charge for .17c
