I needed help with an account and I asked them to send me specific information in writing via email. I waited over a week and it was never sent. I then emailed them about this issue daily, for four days, and they would not return any emails nor would they respond to my phone calls. I ended up needing to call the First Command main office to get the help I needed. Eventually, Jason called me back and when I told him that I was frustrated that no one was responding to my emails or phone calls, he said “ok” and didn’t attempt to apologize or make things right. I’m sad to say that I do not recommend working with this office.
