Chris Austin and First Coast is the absolute bomb in a lending company, they are the absolute best when it comes to helping people out with a mortgage. Always there to answer the phone, answer your questions, calm you down when you're uptight and scared, and just to be your friend. First Coast Mortgage came to our rescue when our initial lender could not complete our VA loan a week before closing. Jason and his team stepped up, got us closed and we were only delayed by one week. There were a few delays with the mortgage lender but Jason's team work tirelessly to get us to the closing date.
