To top it all off, despite telling us our rate would be locked in and couldn't be reduced, their team was able to get our rate down from 2.375% to 2.25%! WOW! Thanks to them, we are paying almost the same monthly amount...but will pay it off 7 years earlier! We are incredibly grateful for everything they have done. Thank you to Brady, Lisa, Nate, and Austin for a FIRST CLASS experience in every possible way. We are very excited about the money we'll save over the next 15 years. :)

We have purchased homes across the country and have just returned to MN to be closer to family. My experience in buying and selling homes is extensive so I have worked with a number of mortgage companies these past 20 years. I can say without hesitation that First Class Mortgage is the absolute best company we have ever worked with. I found them by seeing all of their great reviews. After interviewing a couple and then speaking with Brady, it was evident they would be able to make this jumbo loan work and time was of the essence. Brady and Jolene and the rest of the team worked through every imaginable challenge that the underwriter was requesting. Nothing was too complicated for Brady and his team and they helped us throughout the process. At the last minute and I mean the day before closing, we had to produce 12 months of SBA documents and we were trying to work with our contacts at our bank back in CA, but in typical CA style it would have taken a few more days to produce which would have prevented us from closing on time. We had a moving truck arriving the next morning along with four kids and pets in a hotel room. A random October snow was dumping seven inches on us (welcome to MN). Needless to say we were stressed and, out of nowhere, a Vice President at our bank called to say, "I spoke with Brady, what can I do to help get you the documents you need to your underwriter?" Are you kidding me? I have never seen something like this. Because of Brady and his extensive contacts and the reputation he has built with this company, he was able to pull strings and get us the help we needed to ensure we were able to close on time.
