    They NEVER answer their phones or return calls. They should have an option that says “if you want to talk to yourself, press 8”! You can never see what’s pending! Put money in from PayPal onFriday mid morning and it still hasn’t shown up 2 days later! Where is it?

    Only reason I put this review is to warn others for the near future. Online it said they were open Saturdays, so I made a 40 minute trip just to get there and then they were closed. Sign in the window said temporarily closed on Saturdays. Please update that online! I did try to call but I used to work at a bank that was open saturdays and we didn’t answer phones, only worked the drive thru. So I risked it and it didn’t pay off. Just very frustrated that at least one bank in town isn’t open saturdays!
