First Citizens Bank State Hwy, Sneads Ferry

So the ATM at this fine establishment likes to take a cut and steal money by not dispensing it correctly, fine, new bill's from the treasury sticks and I get it. So I called the bank to request an audit and was told they dont control the machines and that they are owned and ran by another company....I was then informed that I need to reach out to my financial institution to make a fraud claim/dispute. If I was a local or visiting I would avoid this bank. Use the Marine Federal ATM conveniently located 50 feet in front of the Jackson Hewitt. Or the bank located next to McDonald's. Customer service 0/10

Horrible experience. Had to dispute an unauthorized withdrawal that resulted in 3 overdraft fees over customer service on the phone. CS was very understanding and refunded the money. About a month later I attempt to deposit my paycheck and was informed very rudely that they would be holding my check for approximately 5 days. I asked why on earth they would do that and the teller very rudely snapped "Because of ALL of the overdrafts charged to your account". To which I responded oh, that needs to be fixed, that was the banks error. She then told me that my account had a record of 14 OVERDRAFTS on it. And I said that's not right, I've never had an actual overdraft in the six years ive had my account. To which the teller said "I don't know take it up with customer service, I can't change it." I asked how am I supposed to get my check cashed, and she told me since the check was dispensed from bb&t I might has well go make an account over there because I can't get those illegitimate "overdrafts" that never happened off of my account. She literally told me to take my money and service elsewhere.

So I'm from out of state, I'm trying to get a notary to sign my voters ballot so I can send it back and I was actually denied services because I'm not a member, I didn't think that anyone could be denied a notary public for a voter's ballot but I guess I am mistaken, so I will let everybody know if you're from out of state don't come here because they won't notarize your voters ballot for the president of the United States.

Someone in Aruba, through PNC Bank drafted over $700.00 from my checking account. I reported this over 2 months ago. FIRST Citizens bank contacted PNC Bank. First they gave me the phone number for PNC Bank. I called and they gave me the name and the number of the merchant. I called that number. The phone rang about 10 times and stopped. Three more times the same thing. The lady named Linda in the told me she was having trouble getting in touch with the merchant. Letters and phone calls resulted in no response. I was told that on 04/08/22 if there is not response the money will be created back to my account. You and I both know one thing. If someone opens an account with First Citizens they must provide good contact information to the bank. Something is FISHEY that PNC Bank cannot provide a good contact number to the merchant that is FRUADAGENTLY drafting money from peoples checking accounts. (WHAT DO YOU THINK)

Rude and short. Wanted to charge a fee to cash 2 checks. Went to a another branch and they cashed with no fee or problem.
