Tried and tried to reach a human via phone at this bank, to ask a question. After 5 minutes of continuously being sent back to automated system I gave up, and will have to drive to branch ,which is 18 miles away as I live in Snow Hill, to simply ask a question.

I'm in this branch at least once a week. Everybody is so friendly and willing to help. Would never change banks!

Love all the folks at this branch. They have always been extremely nice and helpful at the counter and at the drive thru. I usually stop by several times a week at random times and I have never had anything other than wonderful service. They staff are always upbeat and very pleasant. Most of them call me by name and that is nice.
