I have had my business account with 1st Citizens since November of 2011. The people have always been friendly and helpful. Furthermore, the staff has given me some good advice during this time regarding options for my business checking, savings, credit card and loan accounts. My most recent discussion with the staff was in October of this year.

The head teller definitely has a problem with professionalism and respectability. Their logo is inconvenience in every way possible. I closed my account here because I do not need the headache. I moved to another respectful institution and could not be more pleased.
