If you call and get connected to patty do yourself a favor and hang up and call back. She is extremely rude and won't give you any help.

The worst bank!!!. I was a referral from another banking institution and everyone seemed to know my business already. I felt black balled. The financial advisor was very condescending as well. Take your business somewhere else or peharps to another branch, maybe the staff there is more welcoming and not as rude.
