Ridiculous I understand you here to make money off others hardships but at least have knowledgeable associates. The girl their straight up lies. She's not even good at it🤣. A purse that came out 3 months ago is in the outlet now🤣. Then says she looked at the target website and TV says $200🤦🏽‍♂️. I was literally on the page at it's $225. He reply well we just lost money on one so I gotta low-ball you. I'm like well mine has mount included mounts run 29.99. She's like that one did too🤣🤣🤣 straight lies🤣. Crazy part my wife has been a customer 15years using this place when we need a bit of help. No more. I will be sure to tell everyone whole listens DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION!!!

I came in to pawn a vacuum in the tablet. Liz was working the counter and after waiting 15 min she looks at what I brought in and offers me less than a quarter of the value for my items. Even with the extremely low offer I was still going to take it so when she filled out my paperwork I was surprised to see so the number is full $10 less than what she said. When I said she was wrong she acted like I was crazy. Needless to say I didn't pawn my items.

Decent pawn shop. New staff is kind of rude. The two managers that i deal with are real nice and helpful. My wife and I have been doing business faithfully for two years

I ma say it. Cuz some of those comments below makes no sence. Lady came to sell stuff outside building, no sell then she trys to sell em inside. Wth wrong with yalls. But anyways, people inside might sound rude but thats their job..

V rude people. They noticed that a customer came in after 10 minutes. No proper response. Never visit it again

I went inside only to use there ATM. Not but 5 minutes later I was notified by my bank that there was fraudulent spending on my card. The ATM is inside of there place of business so I’m guessing it’s someone internal using the card scanner.

If I could give this place NO stars...I would. I'm disabled and use a cane and I stood at the jewelry counter forever while the staff helped only people that walked up to pawn stuff. One worker named Daniel looked right at me and then went on to help another man who came in after me. So i said out loud "can someone help me?" But all 3 workers ignored me. Finally another customer said, ma'am you can go in front of me and I had begun to walk out and I said No...they don't want to sell anything. The horse-faced girl at the register said "excuse me????" very confrontational so I repeated it to her...she just said ok and kept doing what she was doing. I walked out. I was looking for a wedding ring and had $3000 that I could spend. They suck....their loss. They don't care about customers.

You won't get a good return on products you're pawning here regardless of how nice they are unless they are like tools and jewelry only. According to them, they don't sell much else so they won't pay you a fair price for things you're pawning.

The worst service ive ever experienced, management is rude and condescending. Never setting foot in this placr and i am definitely speaking to corporate about this.
