Lied about their hours. Clearly posted on numerous online sources that they're open on Sundays but lo and behold, they aren't.

Convenient with long hours, they have layaway!, & good prices on used items, and kind & professional staff.

If you go to this store avoid the short fat girl with colored hair. She always has an attitude And she makes a face at you like she’s conctipated. Thankfully the rest of the staff is kind and will work with you on prices. Got my son a PS4 for a cheap price. Will be back to shop.

This Pawn shop is Horrible,if you are not dealing with the manager Richard directly eVeryone else will lowball you and treat you like a drug addict needing a fix! This is extremely true when it comes to the c.s.r Anthony, DO NOT DO business with him or you will leave VERY upset! His customer service skills are terrible and he is very insulting! I would definitely try Cash America up the street from here before I did $1 in business with this trash of a store, I have done over $50,000 in business with these people but they don't look at that or care about it in the least, they just want to get there commission numbers up so they can get there bonuses at the end of the month for SCREWING THERE CUSTOMERS OVER!!!!

There good people, never had a problem. The only issue I have with them is not knowing if there merchandise is working. Other than that there willing to negotiate the price.

Customer service sucks they're very terrible at answering the phone they try to put you on hold so you'll hang up they're very very terrible

This place is terrible depending who attends you.I understand they are there to make money but talk about low balling. I went to sell my 400 sound bar and woofer they offered me 20 doller's F that.

I've been to many pawn brokers over the years and I've never had such an awful experience.l Walked in waited 5-10 minutes for someone to acknowledge my presence after walking in with a 47" TV and standing near the counter. Admittedly the TV is a few years old but still a great TV I looked on line to see what it sells for and most places even newegg had it for $350 I paid $550 when it had first come out. None-the-less, They offered me $60 and not a penny more. I get it your in it to make money but when your customer tells you that they desperately need the money to buy medication so they don't reject transplanted organs It's probably a safe but you can give them a little more respect and care it's not always about the how much you can make off they're desperation. I'm disgusted that I even had to put up with it.

my Wife and I have been going to this shop for years and everyone would always ignore you. Ever since the new manager came in the store looks super clean and everyone greets you with a hello when you walk in. Highly recommend this store.

Jerry is incredibly rude. I don't know if there's some sort of felon rehab hiring program implemented, but he is a bad representation of first cash pay
