The store is ran by all women. They are really sweet. They make you feel at home. I had a small issue and the manager did everything in her power to help me. All the girls has smiles on their face. Such a friendly happy place.

Walk in and had no customer service didn't even acknowledge that I was in there. Then when i was leaving the lady said thanks for coming and have a nice day. And the whole time I was in there the lady or man said anything to me. Just bad customer service all around 👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾

They don't low ball you and they give you a really decent offer for pawning things. They also don't charge a lot of interest and their prices are very affordable! Will use them again definitely!

My first time here and great customer service and they gave me the best cash value for my items. My second time even better the staff is always smiling and nice.

Was in there Yesturday really friendly they offered the most money on things then the other pawn shops did and way nicer people then some places

I called this place to ask if they do loans on Jaeger LeCoultre watches, because if it isnt Rolex or Omega, most places aren't interested. I was recommended by another pawn shop to go here because they supposedly do loans on high end watches. It was a weekend and I needed some cash for another piece and the bank wasn't open. I didn't want to make the drive for nothing, so I called. The lady had no idea what Jaeger LeCoultre watches were, so I told her that they are a very high end, scarce brand, that is considered to be a higher end brand than Rolex. I told her I wanted to make sure that they consider high end watches before driving down there to be told that they arent interested in such brands, and she said yes, they do, as long as the watch works. The lady didn't even listen to my question, because when I came in, she took one look and said they don't do high dollar loans on watches. So I told her that I called and asked first for a reason, to which she said "well, as you see over there, we buy lots of watches. We just don't pay much money for watches." I'm not upset that I wasn't given a loan. It's all just stuff, no big deal. I'm upset because the customer service here is terrible and they refuse to give you the time of day to answer their customers questions by actually listening to the questions. I won't be back here, for sure. What a waste of time.

This has to be one of my favorite pawn shops. The store is always clean and organized with a very friendly staff. They're always eager to help and they know how to make you feel welcomed.

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. Absolutely the rudest staff ever. Especially the two females that work there. They act like doing anything other than bullshittin with one another is a waste of their time. Pathetic. I normally don't expect red carpet treatment when I go to a pawn shop but my god, this place is atrocious.

Incompetent employees! Went in there today to get a loan on a piece of jewelry that I have pawned several times before and the guy tried to tell me my 18 kt. gold bracelet "could be" stainless steel. lol! Please properly train the employees AND have adequate tests for jewelry --because who knows how many people are being turned away because of this! After I left, I went to SOONER STATE Pawn and got a loan no problem. (I actually told them about this and he x-rayed it to prove it was 18 kt gold) Maybe FCP should invest in some new equipment. What a waste of time -- Won't be back !!
