Worst pawnshop experience!!!!!!!! Ive been pawnshopping since I was a kid and I'm in my 40's today.....this location is by far the most unprofessional and poorly managed that I have ever shopped at in my entire life. Staff was rude to customers and spoke to them like they could careless about SERVICE!!! I will NEVER do business with this place again. Wish I could deduct stars I'm just thankful I have better options in my community.

No matter what you bring in, they will offer you roughly a 1/4th of what your item sells for on Ebay and then they'll tell you it's because they'll have a hard time selling the item. I brought in my $499 Citizen wristwatch that had only been worn twice and is about 1month old, they said the max amount they could give on a loan was $60, BUT the guy kept asking if I was sure I didn't just wanna sell it. Said he'd be able to give me $75 for it. PLUS, the staff are never in a hurry to help a customer and are often rude. However, the owner can be a cool guy at times

I have used the services available here several times. It is the only pawn shop that I trust if I need one. The staff is friendly and professional. Besides being able to pawn or sell items, they have lots of great items for sale at terrific prices. You can save a lot off regular retail costs.

Horrible place to buy from ...they lie to you specifically in the jewelry because I spent with them over 12k in a necklace and bracelet supposedly to be 14k and guess what they are 10carat not as they described them so fkt....no more business.....keep away from this place

German help me out the most when I needed it for my family. Jay also very friendly customer service was the best. I highly recommend going to first cash...

I love this company. They do not try to low ball anyone. Only person I could give a bad star to is the manager. Very unprofessional but the workers are awesome!

This location will give you the lowest amount possible for your merchandise, and claim reason is because they won't sell it. Wont even offer you 40% of value instead they offer 1/3 of the value thinking you, as a customer dont know any better. The day I went one of the lady managers was there along w/her husband.. he was there picking up stuff asking: "free?" cashier says "no, not this time" husband offers $1 and the cashier took it. So I guess employees let their families get hooked up or free merchandise. Crooks I tell you... will cheat you...

I was in this store three years ago I went in there I was buying a 40 inch screen TV and I kept asking him was it a smart TV and each time I went in and paid on it and then they kept telling me yes as several people each time I went in to pay and they told me yes once I got it home I realized it wasn't and I had to pay somebody to take it up my stairs and I just really didn't appreciate putting that kind of money into a regular TV so my experience wasn't great at all

I will never put another layaway here because if your late a few days there ready to keep your money this place kept half of my money please don't put anything in layaway.
