First Cash Pawn Garland Rd, Dallas

Went to get an estimate on an item a couple weeks ago. Wasn’t to surprised cause I don’t really go to pawn shops, but they talk more like they run a recycling center more than a pawn shop. Items in there were over priced junk with a label on it. I bet they prey on people with empty pockets that need easy quick cash. First and last time I ever go to a pawn shop.

Been here many times, have great merch and do bundles too. They work with you and help as much as possible.

This place was not bad customer service was upsetting . I had a few quistions on the item's i was interested in buying and the young lady made gesture's as if i was wasteing her time wich made me not want to buy them

Very rude and disrespectful. I had a door slammed in my face because they were closing in ten minutes. But they also had plenty of ppl in line at the time. I will be calling corporate in the morning

called the line and someone put me on hold and then hung up. Horrible customer service

If I could give this store no stars I would,never have I ever had such a problem with a pawn shop my money is always good I always pay my stuff but this manager at this store is horrible and lazy she just sits in the back does not even get up to come and talk to customers she let the young boy run and try and do everything by himself I had to call the district manager on her she is so rude and has a horrible attitude I would never shop here again I will take my money elsewhere.

Rude as hell. Some 25-year-old kid with a beard on his face that just started growing has no class or respect. Stood there for 20 minutes waiting for some help just to find out the manager was in the back pidling on her phone. I don't suggest this place you can't get any help.

The professional employees here are great!I went in figuring I would not get a good deal.I came out far ahead of what I was even hoping for.You will receive more than you ever hoped for,here.So fair and are honest with their customers. I am a regular customer from now on.

The posted hours are 9am to 7pm but one of the employees said the manager was running late I saw 3 costumers knockin the locked door and leaving at 9:45am.
