First Cash Pawn N Fry Rd, Katy

I took in my polk audio speaker in at a time of need and the manager would only lend me $5. Polk audio speakers are not cheap. Dont waste your time their. They are out to rip you off!

My experience at First Cash Pawn goes as is walk in quite environment around 3 people i saw working outside as i pulled up there were 2 of those 3 workers outside smoking and as I entered so did they and the man inside was watching videos on YouTube off his phone looking downwards with volume on not paying attention to anything I brought in a Blueray player (no remote) declined it as I thought they would, then I brought in blueray movie cases some movies having multiple movies for blueray and normal and then some are exclusive bundles that have a whole other movie included + I brought the complete saga of starwars in a leather case ($105) and a single computer game Elder Scrolls Online (declined) as expected but for around $180 in movies they offered me $7 when i pointed out how this is highway theft because they had blueray movies for sale at the price of $3.50 which is a good deal but there is no trying to get more out of them they are set on what they say and im sure if I brought in a up to date gaming computer worth $4,000+ they would price it a $100 im sure of it i would HIGHLY RECOMMEND turning around the second you park here worst pawn shop experience in the Cypree/Katy Area. And im hard set on that

This place sucks go to pawn one on fry road down by Katy freeway next to big Daddys barbecue I took a bicycle into first cash pawn brand spanking new bicycle my son did not want that he had gotten for a present for Christmas and the bicycle cost three hundred dollars brand-new they offered me $10 I took it to pawn one they gave me a $100 bill for it

Great place! The people in there are very helpful, everytime im shorth cash i know i can count on them to have my back, ive been dealing with them for about a year and half. My go to spot

this is the worst place in Texas. the rudest people I've ever met.. I took a HP beats audio lap top , they offers 70$ to pawn, without even looking at it ..and acted like i was interrupting their phone time... i swear not one person looked up from there phone when I walked in.. I just went to value pawn and got $200.. they have no clue what they are doing .... Value pawn on HWY 6 is very friendly and more then fair... I will continue to drive past their shop and give my money to a place that deserves to be in buissness ..update as of 4-1-18.. I went back to cash pawn just to see if our comments made a difference plus they started caring fire arms.. But to my surprise the staff was alert friendly and competitive to other pawn shops now.. They must have retrained or replaced them but they are definitely definitely worth another chance. Happy shopping..

As I was checking for estimates for an item I wanted to sale they offered me $40 lower than two other spots. Moral to the story if you’re looking to sale or pawn there’s better places in katy/cypress

They freaking suck totally unfair. I went with a blue mic worth 170 and was offered 25 bucks.guy didn't even look it up (black guy)p.s I am also black. Dint go here high way robbery
