Outstanding! Seriously- after not one, but three bad non- transactions at other Ft. Worth pawn brokers, Alex greeted the man right behind me and myself professionally. Julie smiled (@ 8 mins. B4 closing!) Asked for my business & took my fair asking loan amount & I was out the frickin door in less than 3 mins! I couldn't have written a more perfect script! Give them a RAISE!😎😬😳

Do. Not. Trust. These. People. Forget about all the good reviews on here because they are most likely from the people who work there.. you best believe that if you pawn one of your items that they will sell it before the written date to return and get your item.. I’m surpised that they are still in business.. whenever you try and pawn an item, they will look up the cheapest version of it and try to lowball you!

Call was professional and prompt. Had what I was looking for, they were honest and fair did the deal and made some friends. Thanks guys and girls. It was a good day.

Did a pawn loan with my laptop and it has not been the same it will now not hold a charge the plug went from spotty and poor (fine before I took it in) to not registering at all like I possibly have the wrong cord. But I already know they will not correct this and act like it’s a complete mystery why my cord doesn’t work anymore when it was fine prior to my visit ...and it was there for a mere two days . I’ll stick with Allstar on old Denton rd from now on they are always wonderful they just were already closed for the day this time.🤷🏽‍♀️

This place is really expensive they have a 65in TV for 900 and walmart has the exact TV for less and brand new! And do not ever pawn anything there you will get taken advantage of they treat you like a second class citizen or drug addict!

Won't help you with your sell or purchase. They'll give you the lowest price for your products, and try to sell all their merchandise like if it was new. It's better to do your business elsewhere.

I 💘 this place. The staff is polite and do everything they can to make their customers ☺. First Cash Pawn is the only pawnshop I go to.

It says open at 11 am on Sundays when I get up here they say 1 pm. You can tell one of the 1s is removed from the door.
