Been there lots of times... Good place, sometimes there can be a wait, but all in all not bad

Always go to this store to buy. I’ve seen the signs about layaway but never put anything until a lady named Angie nice girl always super friendly told me it’s 0% interest. I’ll be putting things on layaway more often. Staff is great.

Very helpful customer service by Mr Juan Islas at the gun counter I got the handgun I had been looking for and was able to place it on layaway with no hassle! Will be coming to this pawn shop more often!!!

Supervisor Juan calls that my pawn for a Apple Watch is due today and will be out for sell tomorrow as long as I come to make a payment or extend before store closes I get there and they have already put it out for sale when they normally call a day before but only because it is the new Apple Watch they wanna switch things up

I went here to get an estimate on my silver and gold i was told a certain price and agreed let them test my silver and gold . after that they dis that they estimated it wrong amd only offered me $220 with a 15 % intreste i agreed because they had already damaged my gold and silver so might as well. Then they said the computer was messed up amd could only give me $210 with a 20 % intreste like really . If i was at a better position i would have walk away but couldnt . This was the worst experience i have ever had i felt cheated . My silver and gold is worth $375. So if you ever want to get kicked while your diwn go here .

Every time I walk into the store I am greeted with a smile. The store is one of the cleanest Pawn shops in the state. The sales people always ask questions to see if I need help. I pretty much feel at home !

i give this place 5 stars! i have been going here for more than 2 years and i love it! Angie the assistant is my go to girl, theres no one else id rather have handle any of my business there with them! From the minute you walk in to the minute you walk out, she makes you feel welcomed and not forgotten. She goes above and beyond for all of her customers. if anyone goes here, ask for angie!

Customer Service is bad they don’t pay attention to you till 15 minutes later and the prices are way off you could be selling something in very very good condition and they offer a very unfair price

Bad service, employee Aaron just talks and talks even when done with the customer. Se agarra el chisme. El chisme está bueno. When being attended someone familiar walks in se agarran en el chisme. Mileidy casi igual, it’s all awkward no conversation at all unless they know you.

Horrible service. Went twice last week with plenty of money to spend. Employees talking to each other while customers wanted to buy items. I asked for help and employee simply said he was busy at the moment when he was doing nothing!!!! I will never go Back!!
