The customer service was AMAZING when my debit card had fraud. The bank worked quickly and efficiently to do what had to be done. So glad to have a local bank that cares so much about its customers.

Last year I had my purse stolen and needed to quickly close my current accounts and open new accounts. First Bank in Fairfield was extremely helpful and kind in this process. I recently needed documents for a financial transaction with very little lead time. The staff at First Bank in Fairfield went above and beyond to get me the information I needed. I can't recommend this institution and this group of people enough!
