Great customer service through and through. I haven't had any problems or issues. Professional, efficient and quick friendly service. Very helpful and patient with me in getting me set up with my banking needs.

Everyone is very nice when i walk in or pull into the drive thru. Never had a bad experience with them. Very knowledgeable people. And if they don't know they'll find someone who does.

I have had a bank account with First Bank Kansas for over 15 years. No matter my financial circumstances, I have always been treated the same. The main branch on Santa Fe is full of individuals that remember your name, and value the customers experience.

Brian Schwartz and the team at the downtown branch have always taken amazing care of our family, and I proudly recommend anyone looking for a loan or even just a great customer service experience go down and meet with these wonderful people!

Just called and all their locations drive thru are open until 5:30P.M. with one open till 7:00P.M. Very cool, thank you!!

Ok well I had accounts here but late December they just closed my accounts for no reason. **I said why I need a reason why u closed my accounts. Oh we don't have to hy a reason. Most people acted like rude mean people anyway plus their fees are high. 35 plus daily 7a day if overdrawn. Maybe they just don't like me. Oh my gosh🙂

I have been a customer at First Bank Kansas since the early 1990's and until recently I have been very satisfied. I do almost all l my banking online. In the past few months, ever since they changed to Quicken, they have made banking online so complicated, time-consuming, and difficult that I am checking out other banks and will be leaving First Bank Kansas very soon. Each and every time that I try to access my account online, it tells me my computer is not "registered" and I have to go through a huge hassle to "register" the same computer over and over just to do something as simple as check my balance. If you want to do your banking online, do yourself a favor and go someplace else. That's what I'm doing.

If there was a possibility to rate this bank any lower I would. What a bunch of rude morons that work here. I have never in my life had to go through what I have with this bank. They never contact to let me know about changes they are making to my account, hold money without informing me. Make mistakes on their end but then want me to sign paperwork saying I’ll take the blame. And continually harassing me about things they messed up on. What a horrible horrible horrible bank and even worse customer service.

Worst bank I've ever seen or ever dealt with staff was rude none helpful didn't seem like they gave a damn to help their customers or not I will be switching banks never bank with first Bank
