First American Mortgage Solutions International Way, Idaho Falls

After my loan with bank of America was paid off, 12/2019. King county Washington sent my Deed of Reconveyance to First American Mortgage Solutions. It is now 5/ 2022 and have tried many times to get it from them. I have never signed up with this company and have no reason for the paperwork being sent to them.

We paid off our mortgage Oct.12,2020.We were never late,we never missed a payment.Select Portfolio Servicing Assistant Secretary Brynlee Jones signed off our release of deed and sent the paperwork to First American Mortgage Solutions in Idaho Falls.This company has not e-filed the release to our county recorder's office.They do not answer ths phone ,they do not return calls. UPDATE!! 2-9-21. After getting the BBB involved the company did release the lien and it was recorded at the county office.Today we received the copy from the company.So they have completed their end of our financial contract.

I really enjoy the people that work there! I perform maintenance and repairs on their IBML High Speed Scanner. With few exceptions, I have always been treated with respect, even when they have been stressed out due to the scanner breaking down.

This is good company to work for, there are communication issues top down, and no one seems to care to fix them. Managers tell employees to pay attention to their email, but managers do not pay attention to their own email. If you want a day off, you have to repeatedly ask over a month, or escalate to your manager's boss to get a response. In one of the buildings there is a 1/4 to 1/2 inch gap to one of the exit doors, this creates a very cold, hazardous work environment. No one seems to care to fix it, to make the workplace less hazardous in the winter.

They cancelled our appt to refinance. Then missed the next one. The third they are an hour late, and only came when we called to remind him of the appt.

I received my "release of lien' in March 2021, but today 12/3/2021 I found you spelled one character of my first name wrong . What can i do?

This company is supposed to be handling my deed of reconveyance. I have paid off the loan and have tried contacting this company but they do not answer the phone.
