    Yesterday I witnessed extremely rude service from a female teller directed at a very tall black man. He was understandably upset. Pretty sure he waited for a manager. Usually tellers are at least polite. My wife hates this place. Now I understand her feelings. Never mind I've been with the credit union since it was built. I used to park cars on the empty lot where the building is now. Hard to be loyal to a crew that can't be patient and polite. That teller acted like she owned the place. Please fix this trend.

    I have been a loyal customer with this bank for years. I have never had any issues with this bank at all and I am not a happy customer at all. You would think you are a business you would want to make your customers happy and make them feel welcomed there at thier business. Dont get me wrong the Tellers are very nice professional. But I did not pay my INS and the bank blocked my card. How am I suppose to pay my Bill's. This is the whole purpose of me having a bank card. What is the number one thing that can make or break a company. Word of mouth because of bad business that person will tell thier story which gives that business a bad review. I'm at the point where I'm ready to leave this ban. Why stay where you do not feel welcomed at allk

    So I noticed a lot of the reviews are negative towards staff or wait times. I've never had a problem with staff nor have I had any issues with the bank. In the past I had been with banks who find ways to screw you over in more ways than one. However First American has done nothing but protect my money including haulting a fraudulent charge with a card that was copied by someone in St. Louis. I've called in prior to purchasing my car notifying them I would be needing to pay a hefty down. They assisted in making sure my funds were readily available it's been great. The login system for online is easy and quick I've never had an issue getting logged in on the site. This Credit Union has done nothing but protect my money and I would take that over the experiences I've had with major banks I'd gladly stay with First American and I have for 5 years now.

    Tried to call for a simple question. Regarding a payment for my credit card. Waited on the phone 20 minutes to go from number 5 to 1. Just to not have them pick up. Finally hung up. This is why I left banking here. *** after leaving this comment they contacted me and assisted me over the phone. The customer service that I received was outstanding.

    Let this be know that if a zero star rate was available to give I would have chose that. I have had had First American as a credit lender for almost two years now and have had countless problems since the start. However most recently it has become too much to keep silent about. They’ve cost me almost SEVEN hundred dollars and my well improved credit in the last two months and all I get is employees who couldn’t care less. Their first way to solve a problem is to blame me for everything even though I have documentation stating wrong is on their doing. Not to mention any one who deals with first American cannot get ahold of the company. If they had not cost me so much money and yet to resolve my problems I would pay the money to refinance somewhere else just to not have to deal with such a Joke of a Company.

    I have had an account with this credit union for years and have loved the service of all the reps I spoke with until recently. I have a savings account, that I have NEVER had a withdrawal on since I opened it more than 5 years ago. I moved and changed my address in their online banking system. Because, I guess they received a statement back, I was charged a 10.00 fee to my account. I called to inquire about it and spoke with a rep that was the first rude rep ever. I repeated everything she told me to make sure I understood why I was being charged this fee, when I changed my address and she said " is that a question?" I will be closing this account.

    I financed my car purchase through First American Credit Union and I am so frustrated with their online banking system. I can never smoothly login in to their system. I recently noticed that my automatic payment did not post this month and it was impossible to log in online. So I called and ended up waiting 20minutes to connect to a person. She told me that the system has changed and that I would need to log back into set everything up again. She sent me a link to reset my password. And still it took be forever to get in. Their online site is so confusing. I also found out that they are charging $10 to process my automatic payments. It is ridiculous because I've been doing recurring auto payments for over a year now with not issue. I can't wait to pay off my car and be done with this credit union.

    I’ve never really had any problems with this bank until today. I came in for a new card an issue with fraud and the girl told me that they never blocked the card from Saturday and for me to call the SAME number that didn’t block it and I asked her if I could get it blocked now and get a new card and she said “we’re gonna close in 30 minutes” when it was 4:20pm. So I leave then come back and then two other people saw me and basically said they couldn’t do anything till I called the number so I left my OWN bank with them not being able to cancel my card at least! I felt rushed out because they were gonna close in 40 minutes and I was more concerned because someone has been already using my card. More upset cause they couldn’t do ONE thing which was to cancel the card. 2 hours later after getting off the phone with Fraud he told me to visit my local bank for a new card because it takes 8-10days and I told him about my situation today and he said you guys should’ve been able to print me out a new one and could’ve blocked my card as well. So that just shows how focused they were on closing.

    Web process, apps, avenues to bank are useless. Try to deposit money anywhere, can't! Try to submit to download app, error! Download a app to pay my friend back for a meal, can't! Why?

    We took out a HELOC to pay off credit card debt and get a lower interest rate. While we were at it we refinanced our car to a lower rate. Danielle was excellent to work with and quick to reply to my questions when emailed or called. My only concern was when I wanted to open a checking account the girl told me I could make payments through the savings and did not need the checking. I have never had a banker try to talk me out of opening an account but I took her at her word. We opened the vehicle loan with a manager since Danielle was out that day. Instead of making copies of the paperwork we signed he said he would mail it to us but did not. I asked Danielle later and it was in the mail along with other documents. It appears they have several that could work on customer service skills but I would say Danielle is a keeper and someone others could learn from.

    Without question the worst bank I've ever been in or talked to, might even be the worst business of any kind I've ever encountered. Management is a joke. The other location is just as useless. I don't understand how they still have jobs. Please, don't even give these snakes a chance to touch your hard earned money.

    If I could give a negative star I would! Yet an other reason why I will terminate my account with First American. I just called to make a payment for my car loan over the phone and they charge $10.00 to take a payment over the phone! That is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard. Another way for the bank to nickle and dime it's faithful members. Well this member has had enough of their poor customer service, fees and antiquated banking. Thank goodness my car loan will be paid up in August and I will never have to deal with them again. One of the worst banks in Casa Grande.

    I have a loan here and making a payment is a ridiculous process. I had auto-pay set up and changed banks so I thought that I might be able to make that change on their site - Nope, not an option under the loan. By the way, the user experience on their website is terrible. You should really hire a kid from the local elementary to build you a better site as what you currently have would have been bad in the early 90's. Next option, call the credit union - Nix that plan too! After twelve attempts I could not get a live person on the phone without less than a 15 minute wait. Aren't credit unions supposed to be set up to provide their members a superior experience to a traditional bank? Finally, decided to make a one-time payment on their site - Bingo! Unfortunately, it cost $10. I ate the cost just to get it done. I did follow up with the dealer where I bought my vehicle and let them know that if they care about their customers they would drop First American from their lender list and they did inform me that they heard the same thing from other customers and were looking to drop them. Looking at all of these reviews it seems that the M.O. is to have someone immediately respond to these reviews but I also notice that not a single one has been updated to reflect resolution which means that this credit union just continues to get away with this deceitful line of business. All I can say is that if you are ever given the option to do business with FACU - don't! They are set up to nickel and dime you all the while delivering a member experience so poor that it belongs in communist Russia.

    What else can I expect from a financial institution that has horrible reviews. Rudy Escalante from the Loan Department assisted me on the phone today. Absolutely unprofessional. After calmly explaining my situation of what I had even called previously about. He stated that it was my fault that First American Credit Union had taken my loan payment out TWICE! When I had called and they refunded me already but then decided to take it out again!! Like would you not be upset?!! I hope for the sake of this institution you guys fix your lack of customer service, Communication and over all get new or better trained employees. Your Employees make the company unique but there is nothing special or good about this place. My internet company has better service than this. You people are dealing with peoples financials. Get better or shut this place down.
