Minus Five Stars! Awful, terrible company. I am an NSA who completed an assignment for them. They actually Changed the Fee on the invoice they agreed on after I did the job correctly because they simply didn't want to pay my fees. Totally unethical. They should not be in business.

I called the customer service number and politely asked a question, Andrew who clearly woke up on the wrong side of the universe very rudely answered my call. He was not helpful nor friendly and proceeded to hang up in my face. When I called back to complain I spoke to Jim who could have been a different person but sounded just like Andrew. If you don’t like talking to people maybe get a job that doesn’t involve it.

I had one signing with them, that's all I needed to know. Very rude people...

I have been working with Firma Signing Solutions for almost 2 years. As a Loan Signer and Business Owner I can assure you Firma Signing is a great company to work with. Claudia Miller has been always there for us.

If I could leave anything less that one star, I would be elated to do so! Firma Signing Solutions hired an employee by the name of Gene Roger Williams that has successfully failed with getting loan documents notarized and sent to the correct location. We had an extremely time sensitive loan that was supposed to be sent out on to arrive at the title company first thing Tuesday morning and didn't get sent out until late afternoon on Wednesday. The notary didn't execute the document correctly which resulted in them having to re do the entire process. We were told that the documents were dropped off before the deadline, however they were actually dropped off after with no communication that when we were told they made the cut off that was untrue. Due to this negligence from him, this could be the determining factor to our company losing a $2,000,000 loan. The communication from the company and the employee was nothing short of a complete failure. If we could have received better communication then we could have got on a plane to get the documents to California where they were supposed to be sent overnight a day ago. This has been the first time that we have made the mistake of using this notary service, and it is absolutely the last time that we will be doing any business with them. So long story short, if you care about notaries being done correctly then I would recommend that you find another company to do that with. ***Update*** The documents just got to the title office this morning, and big surprise! They sent the wrong documents so now we will have to pay for a plane ticket to try and salvage this loan. Just save yourself the headache, don't use them at all.
