Finnin Kia, and especially Keri Clemens, was a breadth of fresh air. My car buying journey started 8 months ago when I was calling various dealerships to ask about Tellurides. Most either never called back (which blew my mind) or wouldn’t preorder and charged thousands above MSRP. Then I decided to check in at Finnin Kia. I had lived in Dubuque for 13 years and recently moved to the Madison area a few years back. So when the conversation started with Finnin, it almost felt like fate. They were able to order exactly what I wanted and even changed my order a few times because of my indecisiveness. (I had 8 months to think about it, who wouldn’t reconsider adding the Nightfall pkg?). From the first conversation I had with their internet sales manager (Michael I think), I could tell they were a dealership that actually cared. We talked for over an hour to get the information on what I wanted and learn more about me. Then Keri stepped in and was absolutely amazing. She was in constant communication, and her and the team provided frequent updates on my order. The day came that it was finally arriving, and she happened to be on vacation. Not only did she come in on her vacation, but she did so last minute due to our complex family schedule. On top of that, she stayed late well after they closed to walk me through all the car features and set up the vehicle just how I’d want it. (Tellurides have a ton of tech. It was nearly and hour and a half of teaching, all while she was technically on vacation). Keri and the Finnin Kia team were fantastic. There were no surprises (other than how amazing they were), and they were even able to find better financing than what I could bring with my own bank. They truly are a one-in-a-million dealership and I can’t recommend them enough.

Just bought my Telluride from them this past week. Keri did a great job with the ordering processes and step by step of what I wanted. Good communication throughout and didn't up sell me anything or charge me over MSRP. Great family owned business. Big thank you to Keri my sales rep and Steve in finance for getting me a good % rate. Start to finish overall a great experience with this dealership. Sales Rep Jared Williams was great to work with, very honest and a down to earth person, he kept me posted on the details for my vehicle arrival. He spent a good deal of time explaining the features of the vehicle and also followed up after I left to see if I had any more questions. I absolutely love the staff here at Finnin Kia. I worked with Steve Ries and he was AMAZING! I bought a Mini Cooper while I had my permit and knew absolutely nothing about cars and not once did he make me feel like I didn’t belong or that I should know what he’s talking about. I had that car for a few months when it had some issues and I had to return it. Steve R. and all the other staff there were fantastic and helped me get into a brand new 2022 Kia Rio! The process of getting a car there was pretty painless. Lucas was very awesome and worked with me to understand the paperwork and got everything done with me. After servicing the car, I was able to pick it up and Lucas was there to double check that everything was in good condition. He followed up to make sure everything was still going well. After buying our telluride from Finnin six months ago we are officially KIA converts coming from an Audi and Honda family. We have a dealership locally that we didn’t love and chose to drive an hour and a half to Dubuque because we were so pleased with Finnans customer service. Keri walked us through all of our new gadgets and has even checked in several times to make sure everything is going ok with both cars. I still LOVE our 2022 SX telluride but I LOVE this 2023 Sportage X Pro Prestige. Amazing place. Everyone there is willing to assist with your needs. All of the sales reps are amazing. Steve and Dave both assisted me when I got my vehicle. Came to know about Tony F and Finnin kia through a forum when Telluride's were in demand and there was a markup of 5-10k in Arizona. I placed a custom order with Tony and the car was in my driveway in 3months when other places quoted around 6months. Since January I’ve been looking for a new car at many dealerships, but none has offered a service as good as Finnin Kia. Tony, our sales agent, did an impecable job with our new all electric EV6 GT Line. Personally, this car is the best in the market for it’s price. While looking for a new car, I test drove the Ford Mach e, the Tesla Model Y, and other hybrids, but the EV6 is at a different level. Bought the car without driving it and honestly, it was beyond my expectations. Service wise, Finnin Kia is at the top of customer support and satisfaction. I’ve owned other brands like Mercedes Benz, Honda, and Nissan and after all, the best service has been with Tony at Finnin Kia. If I were to get a new car tomorrow, I’ll do it with Tony at Finnin Kia. Much gratitude towards the whole team at Kia , including maintenance, parts, sales, and finance for providing a 10/10 service. The customer service and staff at Mike Finnin Kia are some of the best I have ever worked with. They made me feel very comfortable and of course, had a few good laughs during the whole process. We had a great experience buying our new Kia Telluride at Finnin Kia. I absolutely HATE the car-buying process, but Jared, Cathy, and Lucas made it a great no-pressure experience for us. We wanted to physically see and drive a Telluride before we actually ordered one. The only place we could find one to test drive was at Finnin Kia, which is about 100 miles from us. While we test drove and after, Jared spent a lot of time going over the details of the car with us before we decided to order. We ordered our Telluride in December 2021 and were told that it would be six months before it would arrive. Throughout the process, we were kept informed of the timeline and it actually arrived about a month early. When we drove to Dubuque to pick it up, Jared was not able to be there, but Lucas did a great job filling in for him. Lucas went over all the features of our car with us. The whole financial part took less than 10 minutes. Since we brought home our new car about three weeks ago, we have been contacted by Finnin to make sure that we are satisfied with our purchase and to see if we had any questions. Overall, our car-buying process was a fantastic experience - I would 100% recommend Finnin Kia!

Very disappoint in my service. Tech didn't put the dipstick all the way in and I had oil all over engine and friends new driveway. Called and was told to contact other dealership in town tomorrow as service was closed for the weekend. Other dealership not very accommodating for this and won't give me a loaner vehicle to use while vehicle was serviced. Wanted me to sit at dealership for 4 hours or more. Kia dealership did call me when they found out that I was driving into town for this(30 min drive since I don't live in dubuque). This was the only person to apologize for the tech error. I believe her name was April. April gave me a loaner vehicle for this so my vehicle could be cleaned up for me when the service dept opened on Monday. Again I had to drive back to town to get vehicle. Service dept didn't apolige for this. When I asked what "we" were going to do for friends driveway, they just gave me 2 home remedies. So for their mistake I have to now clean my friends driveway. Again not helpful. Very disappointed by all of this. Service for any business is very important, not for sure about this service dept. Thanks for all the hard work that I have to do because the tech was though on the service.

I picked up my new 2021 Telluride today and had a very pleasant experience. Every one was very professional and new what they were doing. And, there was no "inventory fee" or stock fee or clearcoat fee or anything else that gets surprise-added to the cost. Very very disappointed with the service department today in Dubuque for medical reasons and van began making terrible grinding and popping noises from our front drivers side tire having to travel over an hour home we stopped to see if they could just check to see if we could get home with it or what we would have to do. They wouldn't even look at it saying we would have to schedule an appointment next week. I understand that they are busy but here we are half way home pulled over not sure if we will get the rest of the way home. I just wanted them to look at it and was willing to pay the diagnostic fee of over 100 dollars but they didn't have time. I used to have nothing but good things to say about this dealership but.no more they have lost a customer if i make it home.

Just picked up my Telluride from Finnin Kia last week! Keri from sales was amazing. I had been to 3 other dealers in person and just after calling and speaking to Keri, I knew Finnin was where I wanted to purchase from. She was so positive and upbeat. I never felt she was trying to sell me something I didn’t want, but only educating me on what my options were. She was patient with answering questions— probably even asked the same question 2-3 times. Communicated to me with updates during the 2 month wait for my vehicle to arrive. And once arrived I received pictures and videos of it via text. She spent lots of time going over all the options included in the vehicle before I left the lot. I can’t thank her enough for how easy the car buying process was.
