The cottage was a delightful place for our extended family ranging in age from one year old to seventy five. Beautiful views from two separate living rooms and dining area. Kids had lots of fun in an additional theater room downstairs. Kitchen was great with modern appliances. We all enjoyed the multiple deck and patio areas along with the fire pit. Would definitely stay here again!

We used Premier Properties on the recommendation of another local business we used for a wine tour and were so happy we did. Booking our rental house was quick and easy and the representatives were helpful in providing local recommendations and responding to my questions quickly. We plan to visit the finger lakes again in the future and using Premier Properties will be our first choice for booking a rental again.

My husband and i stayed at the trottage through finger lake premiere properties. There was a tornado that came through during our stay. We lost our water. I called in the morning and management was able to send maintenance to us rather quickly to fix our problem. He was very professional and quick to fix our problem. We will be coming back soon!

We recently used finger lakes premier properties for a rental on seneca lake back in May of 2022. I plan a trip every year to the fingerlakes and this was my first year using this company and I will say I will be sure to use them again. We rented a brand new property which often comes with a lot of questions and they were quick to answer all. We had a few times during pur stay that I needed to reach them and they were very responsive and followed through with calls back. The property it self was beautiful and we look forward to booking our trip for 2023 with them!

Point Marianne was a wonderful place for our family vacation. There was plenty of room for all of us. Anthony from Housekeeping did a fantastic job in cleaning Point Marianne by himself on Saturday. It was spotless! Keuka Lake cannot be topped for views and Point Marianne has the best of the best! Point Marianne is a very homey property with lots of room to spread out and it met all of our needs perfectly!

This organization rents several properties on my road and has demonstrated a disregard for the very low speed limit with its renters and agents. The narrow road is pedestrian heavy, with children on bikes and dog walkers—there no excuse for not stressing this to renters, and even less excuse for employees.

Four of us stayed in this lovely Lakeside cottage. The views were beautiful from the dock. The walk to the dock is just a little bit steep but it is well worth the view. The home was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The location was perfect in relation to the wineries and local hiking. We had no issues during our stay. I would highly recommend staying here.

It is a beautiful home. However to get to it you have to drive thru a railroad tunnel that is only 6’ wide and 8’ tall. We were able to get our crossover barely thru it and some people had racks on top of their vehicles and couldn’t get thru. They were parking before the tunnel and carrying their luggage and equipment to their cottage. The owner of the property people parked on were very angry and accused the people of trespassing. Nice way to start a vacation. The interior of our house was nice even though the door to the stove fell.off, you couldn’t watch TV and use any other devices and the last half of the 20’ docks was so wobbly you couldn’t walk out on it. We would not rent this place again and can’t in all honesty recommend it unless some serious renovation has been done.

Seneca Lake was the perfect place to take a pause from the pandemic and this very difficult year. The house was beautiful and nicely situated close to the lake with great views and a fabulous dock/deck that brought us right onto the lake. The house was well cared for and well equipped. We kept busy with an outdoor kitchen, kayaks, a canoe, a hot tub and one the most gorgeous lakes around. We all felt refreshed after our stay. It is the first time since March that we have truly been on a vacation this year. Sail Winds was an absolutely perfect place to getaway.

Responsive to renters concerns. Follow up on requests and concerns. Would rent from them again. Lakeside Getaway “Great location! Right on the water. Great restaurant, Woolies, up the road 4 miles. Very convenient to many wineries and parks.”

Had my bachelor party here. Neighbors were helpful, respectful and friendly. The Premier Properties staff were great and the house was awesome. If I were to have to choose between Air B&B or Vrbo and Premier Properties it would be Premier every day. We had a blast, everything was great. Would do it again if I didn't already get married.

I had an amazing experience with a rental for my 30th birthday. The property was huge and in a great location with excellent amenities. All of the information the rental company provided in advance was helpful and relevant and they were responsive to questions. Would definitely rent through them again!

We had a group of 12 girls here for a long weekend and this house was perfect! There was plenty of space for everyone. The view was amazing and we loved using the fire pit and hot tub!

The house was amazing and exactly as pictured/described. The communication before our stay was also clear and helpful. We had a great time and will book through Premier Properties again.

The place we booked flooded a week or two before our stay, but this agency was able to find us a new house with the same amenities/location very quickly.

The house we rented was even better in person than the listing. FLPP took care of everything we needed. I'll definitely use them again.

We had a wonderful stay on Lake Keuka. The house was very nice and the property was well appointed and very clean when we arrived. It had everything our party of six adults needed for a comfortable long weekend. After we booked our stay, direct contact with Finger Lakes Premier Properties was not required as everything exceeded our expectations.

We were in town for my son's wedding and needed a base of operations. We were able to bring our dogs so that worry was alleviated. The house was roomy and clean with plenty of beds, a beautiful kitchen and a nice bath. Would love to come back and enjoy the lake and kayaks a little more. Thank You!!

Rented a couple properties last summer. They both were very clean and had beautiful lakefront views!
