I have been with my bank in SC for 14 years, no fees charged to my account for things that are not my fault. I have been in here several times due to Internet banking being ancient! I see one thing at home they see something totally different. They charge u a fee to call them and transfer money over the phone. The charge to have then automatically draft from one account if something comes through u may have missed us $10 (that isn't a problem)the problem is how is it $10 then next time it's $35. I was told if ur over ur transfer limit it $35. They will try to create things to give u more fees! I will be taking my money and moving it to a more up to date banking facility. Stay away please. Do ur research on other banks.

Very friendly staff really don't have to wait long just a nice place to do your banking business.

We went here to make a withdrawal then went back in a couple of minutes later because one of our children needed to use the restroom. They told us they didn't have a restroom for public use. Won't use the CU again.

This credit Union is very prejudice The manager name (Patricia Kiehl) has no Financial advice experience she lies to you just to pull your credit report...I advise anyone black not to go there I have a very good credit history... I was told I will be approved for a loan.. I met all the criteria to be approved she had told me....Got a call and said you’re not approved ( GOD BLESS YOU lady) Every dog day has its day..She needs to be Removed from that Credit union..Also she didn’t even want to give me her Business card To call and check on my Application loan..why do u need it she said i’ll call you.,, I kinda knew something was funny then...EVERY DOG HAS ITS DAY.. She was looking at me like I was crazy she not a peoples person and definitely need to be removed... I wish i could’ve gave too zero stars!!! This is the credit union on 3333 Harlem Rd.

I went to Financial Trust to use their services as a co-op of my own out of state credit union. I understand that they are not my credit union and their services are limited. I arrived with my two children to get some cash to make a craigslist purchase. I had just moved and New York State DMV had taken my out of state picture ID and given me a paper copy. They would not accept the paper copy as it had no photo, even though it is a gov't issued ID. I offered them a photo copy of my out of state ID, which the DMV only gave me at my request, they would not accept that either. While all of this was going on my kids needed to use a restroom. I asked if they could use the restroom while the ID issue was discussed among the employees. I was told my 3 and 5 year old children would have to wait as the bathroom was behind the counter. I know I can't go back there unaccompanied but they couldn't be bothered to take a moment to let kids use the bathroom first. I left with out getting anything that I needed and with two kids who desperately needed to use the restroom. Severely disappointed.

I'll advise anybody and everybody do not use this credit Union. The worst bank I ever delt with in my life and customer service is even worst
