Financial Plus Credit Union Silver Pkwy, Fenton

I have been dealing with making a car payment for 4 months. They tell me my payment isn’t enough. I ask them to make it so I don’t get phone calls anymore give me an amount in November. Today, I get a phone call telling me I owe them money again. I ask her to make it so the proper amount gets taken out, and I don’t have to deal with it anymore. She keeps telling me I’m not listening. I tell her to explain it again. I’m the customer and was talked down to. It’s the worst experience I’ve had EVER dealing with a bank. I’m not sure why it’s so hard for someone to give a direct answer. Example, How much money will I need to transfer so this doesn’t happen again. Yet, here I am again dealing with same issue.

FPCU FENTON is a great credit Union. Very helpful. Very informative. They have helped me out in situations more than once. The only reason it's 4 instead of 5 is the drive-thru service is just so slow. However I would never think of banking anywhere else.

It’s impossible to get through on the phone to talk to anyone! You just go around in circles with their phone system. Unacceptable!

I have been with Financial plus for over 12 years now and I have to say they are great. I love their customer service, they always make me feel welcome. They greet you when you walk in the door and their electronic teller windows are so easy to use.

They have novody to talk to on weekends or at night. Charge fees for everything. Ive had more than 5 times where i cant access my money for no reason they wouldng let me thsn i have to miss work to go in to talk to anybody. Horrible bank

Just withdrew $10K cash today from savings account. Teller didn't even ask for ID. This is a huge security concern. I will be addressing this to the manager. I cannot believe they never even asked. Also wasn't asked to fill out the necessary paperwork when withdrawing $10K or more in cash.

FPCU is wonderful! We have been members for about 20 years and recently refinanced our home with them. Couldn't have gone smoother, even with the pandemic going on. We were initially approved for an amazing rate, then a week before closing, the rate dropped even more! Most documents were available for e-signing and they made the process very easy. Forget big banks! Financial Plus Credit Union is the only way to go!

Overall I'm very happy with this credit union. I had an issue and they worked with me to resolve quickly as possible! Mark who works in main office in Flint was helpful and professional and worked with me to quickly resolve. The tellers are always pleasant.

Melanie in the loan department at the Fenton location is a rockstar. She is always kind, thoughtful, super smart, and seems to truly care about the members. I was frustrated about a loan situation and even though I was probably not the nicest I’ve been, she was still professional and kind and answered all of my questions so that I had no worries after speaking to her. You guys should promote her or something because she always makes Financial Plus a pleasure to deal with.

Tire of how they always have to solicit something or another when I go in to make a payment. It's down to the point that they call me as well. That's very annoying. Ready to take my business elsewhere.
